The leopard crawl, also known as the high crawl, is a superb tactical Army battle drill that conditions your whole body. You’ll be out of breath in a short space of time which is why this is a fantastic workout- you’re building lung power, fitness, strength and stamina. With each elbow placed forward, the diagonal knee is also placed forward, and then alternated with the other elbow and knee. Body nearly flat on the ground, you’ll have the smallest silhouette possible and will be able to crawl under netting and other materials as you work your whole body out.
