Obstacle Courses

Obstacle courses come in many different shapes and forms, but they all have the same goal- to tone you up and give you a great workout. They help develop and test basic motor skills and are valuable alongside the other activities available in the Boot Camp. There are two types of obstacle courses: conditioning and confidence. In a conditioning course, there are low obstacles that have to be negotiated quickly. This gets both your mind and your heart racing as you race against time. A confidence course has higher, more difficult obstacles that, once conquered, will give you the confidence needed in your mental and physical abilities. You have as much time as you need in a confidence course, and this is what encourages you to go for it and give it a try as there’s nothing to lose and a great level of fitness to gain!
